Refund & Returns

At SportyMen Outfitters LLC, we want you to be as happy with your gear as you are after a great workout. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t fit or meet your expectations. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward and stress-free Refund & Returns Policy to make your life easier.

What You Need to Know:

1. Return Eligibility

You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery. We want to ensure that all returned items are in perfect condition for resale. Tags must still be attached, and original packaging should be unopened for hygiene purposes (where applicable).

2. How to Return

To start a return, simply follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us via email at service@sportymenn.com or call us at 520-955-8919 to let us know you’d like to make a return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Step 2: We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  • Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we’ll process the refund within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In that case, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll refund the full purchase price of the item(s), excluding any shipping charges. Please note that refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! You can return the item following the steps above and place a new order on our website for the item you want. We’ll process the return as soon as we receive your package.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Final Sale items (these are marked on the product page)
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Customized or personalized items

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@sportymenn.com or call us at 520-955-8919. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, and we’ll even cover the return shipping costs.
